We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel a service request or project, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date. For ongoing services, cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the work stage. Once the work has started, the cancellation request may not be eligible for a refund, as resources and time have already been allocated. In such cases, we may charge a partial fee for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 710 business days through the original payment method. No refund will be provided for services already delivered, partial work, or if the cancellation is requested after the project has been completed.
